I‘m Diego Bonaiuti, born in Bagno a Ripoli, 15/01/2000. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences and a Master’s degree in Agricultural Science and Technology, both from the University of Florence. From March 2025 to October 2025, I worked as a research fellow at the University of Florence, where I am currently continuing as a PhD student in Sustainable Management of Agricultural, Forestry and Food Resources.
Research interests and PhD project
My research focuses on studying consumer behavior and market dynamics in the agri-food sector, with particular attention to sustainability, local value chains, and rural development. I am especially interested in understanding how sustainability, innovation, and changing consumption patterns influence the evolution of agri-food markets. My PhD project aims to provide valuable insights and knowledge to support policymakers, companies, and academics in the agri-food sector.
