I graduated at the University of Florence where I obtained a Bachelor's Master degree in Food Science and technology (110/110) . Post Graduate Internship at Laboratory Food Quality Control and Sensory Laboratory.
Research interests and PhD project
I am currently a 2th year PhD student in agroforestry engineering. at the University of Florence. My current research Focuses on the optimization of coffee espresso quality , exploring aspects that could compromise the success.
I am interested in Food Technologies; more generally in Food Engineering, Sensory Analysis and Food Safety.
