Profile
I’m Sara Pini, I was born on 16/11/1996 in La Spezia. I obtained a Master's degree in Science and Technology of Forestry Systems (110/110 cum laude) from the University of Florence in 2023, with a thesis on the accumulation of water and sediments upstream of Tuscan check dams.
Research interests and PhD project
Soil and Water Bioengineering (SWB) techniques. Nature Based Solutions (NBS). Water management. My Ph.D. will focus on innovation in SWB as NBS.
