I am Marina Domenici, I was born on 20/10/1992 in Viareggio (LU). I graduated at the University of Pisa, where I obtained a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Sciences and Technologies of Animal Production (110/110 cum laude).
Since 2019 I have been working at Centro Freschi, an industrial meat processing plant of Unicoop Firenze, where I deal with quality control and research and development.
My research interests are in the development of innovative and sustainable meat products.
