Profile

Danny Cliceri got a master’s degree in Food Science and Technology at the University of Florence with a master thesis in sensory and consumer science (110 cum laude). He is member of the Italian Sensory Science Society  and he got the qualification of Sensory Project Manager. He did international experience with an internship at the Center for Food and Hospitality Research, Institut Paul Bocuse, France and at the Food & Behaviours Department, Bonduelle Corporate Research, France.

Research interests and PhD project

Research activity includes the study of sensory perception of food products and the use of implicit and explicit methods to study consumers behavior. Concerning the PhD project, he studied the usability of new methods to investigate perception and preference of vegetable products.
