The Food Science and Technology program offers to the PhD students the possibility of facing  a broad area of research interest in food and food processing optimization and innovation. Sustainability and Health are the main pillars on which the training in research of our PhD students in built on.

Processing and consumer preference  are the two main focuses of the research activities within the food and beverages domain
