The educational and research path is focused on deepening knowledge in various fields, including: agricultural hydraulics and hydraulic-forestry engineering; water resource management, including under conditions of scarcity and water saving in agriculture; agricultural mechanization, precision farming, and agro-food plant systems; energy use of biomass and improvement of energy efficiency within agroforestry systems; innovation and sustainability in the design of agricultural buildings, eco-compatibility of construction materials; monitoring of agro-forestry land, digital and numerical cartography, use of geographic information systems (GIS) for rural planning and wildlife management; application of artificial intelligence in agroforestry systems and smart sensors from remote carriers; development of nature-based solutions for climate change adaptation and application of advanced digital tools for sustainable land management.
