GIRACT - European PhD in Flavor Research Awards

PhD candidate Sofia Trentanove has been selected as the winner of the GIRACT - European PhD in Flavor Research Awards, 16th edition 2025/2026 (1st year PhD students), for the research project entitled “Home sensory dietary patterns and the acceptability of school meals: the role of parental and child individual variables”. The GIRACT Award is an innovative programme that promotes flavor research among PhD students from European universities and institutes, in collaboration with industrial sponsors.
