Profile
I am Elena Radicioni, born in Florence in 1998. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Florence. In the final year of my Master's, I took part in the Erasmus+ study project and spent five months at the University of Wageningen in the Netherlands. From July 2023 to October 2023, I worked as a research fellow at the University of Florence, where I am currently continuing as a PhD student in Sustainable Management of Agricultural, Forestry, and Food Resources.
Research interests and PhD project
I am interested in exploring the sustainability aspects of the food system by investigating agrifood markets and consumer behaviors. With my PhD project, I aim to support the development of food policies.
