Profile
I am Ginevra Bucalossi, I was born on 08/01/1989 in Borgo San Lorenzo (Fi). I graduated at the University of Florence where I obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Viticulture and Oenology (110/110 cum laude) and a Master’s Degree in Research and development in Oenology at University of Udine (110/110 cum laude). I am also a Sommelier A.I.S and I worked for many years with Graziana Grassini, enologist of Sassicaia Winery. My interest over the wine is rugby.
I play at seven rugby and I love it.
Research interests and PhD project
My current research focuses on the valorization of by-products of the wine industry.
